1.) Doubt

When you start a home business opportunity you are fired up and ready to conquer the world. Well then creeps in the doubts. My friend said that those are all scams, I can’t talk to people if I haven’t succeeded yet, I am not a good sales person, what if someone says no to me? These are just to name a few…

The question to ask yourself is this…are other people having success? If they can do it so can you!

So beware of doubt and remind yourself how easy it really is to make an income with your business.

Doubt destroys all success. We get the results that we focus on.

2.) Discouragement

Soon after doubt creeps in you will begin to feel discouragement. All the doubts begin to take root and you begin to feel and become discouraged. You are conquering your own self at this point. Only you can cause discouragement in yourself. Others cannot effect you unless you allow them to. When someone says that they aren’t interested in your business rejoice that you don’t have to deal with all the negative energy and draining questions that they will bring to your team.

3.) Distraction

After you let doubt and discouragement into your life you will begin to get distracted. You will loose focus and begin to look towards supposed “guru’s” that will feed on your fears and lull you into the idea that if you buy their product or use their service the clouds of success will open up and your business will blossom. Beware of this because it is making it too hard and removing your focus from you and your business. Thus will keep you from making sales and money.

Make it simple! Success is not hard and chances are you already have all the training you need in your current company infrastructure. Keep it simple and focused!

4.) Lack of Dilligence

If you don’t get back to the basics and make it simple you will not be diligently working in bringing sales and individuals into your business. At this point you will really not have an opportunity at all, nor will you be able to help others to come into your business because you have been defeated. At this point you need to stop and refocus or you can forget having any large measure of success.

Now is the time to start from the begining and make it simple and fun. This is when success will come.

5.) Disbelief

If you continue to follow the path of the 5 D’s you will disbelieve in your home business opportunity so much that you will hate it. You have been defeated at this point. You cannot bring others into something that you have no belief in yourself. People can feel the energy that comes off of you and they will run from you as if you haven’t showered for months at this point. This is the level where people get so bitter that they start going and posting on the scam sites, crying that they have been taken, when deep inside they know that others have made it and are bitter because they couldn’t.

It comes down to the individual. No one likes to admit that they failed because of their own personal mistakes.

So those are the 5 D’s that I would encourage you to avoid like the pleague. Again, keep it simple and keep it fun!

Today I was contemplating why some do so well in a home business opportunity while others struggle. You can take two individuals that are seemingly doing the same thing, yet one seems to experience a greater level of success.

Why is that? I have deduced it to the power of focusing on the goal. Not just having a goal, or an idea of a goal, but feeling the accomplishment of achieving it before you do. Knowing exactly what you want to the tiniest details. This causes much synergy. It takes effort and energy to work out the exact details of your goals but it is worth it.

You have to focus on your goals and ends as if they are already upon you.

Consider the power of focused light. Light funneled through a magnifying glass creates massive heat, even enough to cause a fire. It is the same with focusing on our goals and our thoughts till they become our realities.

I remember when I was a little kid and found that I could cause leaves and dry grass to smoke and even burn by focusing the power of the suns rays through an ordinary magnifying glass.

Imagine what kind of power our thoughts can make through focused thought.

This is a piece of the puzzle that is one of the roots of all successes.

To be successful we need to learn to focus like a laser beam on our goals, our end results and act until we receive what it is we want. Our thoughts literally control the outcomes of our lives weather we want them to or not.

Therefore, it is imperative that we watch out thoughts and not just our words. If we speak of success and goals without considering them with concentrated and dedicated thoughts than I would say that we are much less effective than we ever could be.

So let’s make a goal together to put more focused energy into our thoughts in our lives and in out home business opportunities and watch our fire of success grow into a raging furnace in which our success through personal power is achieved.
