Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Yes to me it is Thanksgiving. It is not turkey day.
Today is a day to celebrate our wins, our lives, our family and friends and our God.
This is a day to take time to look back and reflect on the things that we are most grateful
for in life and to let the people that we are grateful for know it.
There is power in showing love and gratitude to others in our lives on a daily basis and
now is the time to reflect upon them, ponder them, and give a quick call, drop a letter,
or give the person a hug and tell them how you appreciate them in your life. Don’t let your
pride get in the way. Just do it and feel the pure, positive energy of love and gratitude
that will reverberate throughout your body as you do!
Gratitide and thanksgiving are powerful gifts and we would all be well served and better off
to show gratitude in our lives.
I would even go so far as to do what I do and write in your journal 5 things that you are
grateful for everyday. It will remind you that you do have some things going well in your
life, some victories for the day, others that care, and that is building up your self-esteem,
personal power and capacity to love!
Show gratitude and it will come back to you 10 fold!
